Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the MERASAH app and related services. By using MERASAH, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s applicable terms.

Who you are contracting with

MERASAH is a product and brand name, not a registered company. The app is owned and operated by Mohammed Almadhani, acting as an individual, and “we” in these terms means him.

Your account

MERASAH uses Sign in with Apple, and an account is required to use the app. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple Account secure, for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for telling us about suspected unauthorized use.

Not a medical service

MERASAH is a tool for organizing and tracking workouts. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing it shows you is a clinical assessment. Exercise carries risk; consult a qualified professional when appropriate and stop if you feel pain or become unwell.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, upload unlawful content, or infringe another person’s rights.

Subscription

MERASAH has a free tier. MERASAH Pro is optional and, in the first release, is sold only as a monthly auto-renewing subscription through Apple.

The reference price is USD 4.99 per month. The price you actually pay is the local price shown in the App Store before you confirm the purchase; it is set per storefront and can differ from the USD figure because of currency and taxes. The price and period shown at the moment of purchase are the ones that apply.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation, and the subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple’s rules through your App Store account settings.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give MERASAH permission to process it only as needed to operate the features you request.

Availability

We work to keep MERASAH reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or changed. Features may evolve as the product is improved.

Termination

You may stop using MERASAH and delete your account at any time; see the account deletion instructions. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address serious violations of these terms.

Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The competent courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you hold under the law of your own country of residence, which you cannot be required to waive.
