Delete your account

You can permanently delete your MERASAH account directly in the app.

Delete from inside the app

Open MERASAH and sign in.
Open Settings.
Select Account, then Delete Account.
Review the warning and confirm deletion.

What deletion removes

Your account and the data linked to it are scheduled for permanent deletion: your profile and body measurements, your workouts, sets, records and streaks, your custom programmes, exercises and notes, the images you uploaded, your support messages, and your registered devices. Limited retention may still apply where it is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving transactions.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Can’t sign in?

Email is a fallback only for people who cannot reach the in-app control. Write to support@merasah.com from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before processing the request.
