Privacy Policy

MERASAH is a workout planning and tracking app. This policy explains the information the app collects, why it is collected, and the choices available to you. MERASAH is a product and brand operated by Mohammed Almadhani as an individual.

Signing in

MERASAH uses Sign in with Apple. It is the only way to sign in, and an account is required to use the app. Your email address comes from Apple when you sign in and cannot be edited inside the app.

Information we collect

Every category below is collected only to make the app work, is linked to your account, and is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

• Name — the name on your account, from Sign in with Apple or edited by you in your profile.
• Email address — provided by Apple when you sign in.
• User ID — the account identifier used on requests to our servers.
• Device identifier — the push token for the device, so notifications and reminders can reach you.
• Health data — the body details you enter yourself: height, weight, date of birth, gender, and body measurements.
• Fitness data — your workouts, sets, reps, rest, personal records, and streaks.
• Photos or videos — images you attach to feedback, and programme cover images you upload.
• Customer support content — the feedback and messages you send us.
• Other content you create — private exercise notes, custom programmes, and custom exercises.
• Purchase history — your subscription entitlement only, so the app knows whether MERASAH Pro is active.

What we do not collect

MERASAH does not collect your location, and it does not receive or store your payment-card details — Apple processes the transaction. There is no advertising or attribution software in the app, no advertising identifier, and no cross-app tracking. This release does not collect crash, performance, or other diagnostic data.

How we use information

All of it is used to run the app: to create and secure your account, provide workout and progress features, synchronize your data, deliver notifications you have enabled, manage your subscription, answer support requests, and keep the service reliable and safe.

Payments

Subscriptions are purchased and processed through Apple. MERASAH receives only whether your subscription is active.

We do not sell your personal information

MERASAH does not sell your personal information.

That is a promise about selling, and it is not the same as a promise that nobody else ever handles your data. Running the app requires providers that work on our behalf — hosting, authentication, and subscription processing — and your information reaches them for that purpose alone. They may process it only to deliver those functions, and not for their own.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You can request permanent account deletion from within the MERASAH app. See the account deletion instructions.

Your choices

You may update your profile and training information in the app. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Some information may be retained where legally required.

Health data is not medical care

MERASAH stores the body and training details you enter so you can track them yourself. It is a tool for organizing and tracking workouts, not a medical service: it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not assess your health.

Children

MERASAH is not intended for children under the minimum age required to consent to digital services in their country.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we update the effective date above and publish the revised version on this page.
